How to set up an automatic payment method in Diamond Pigs?
In order to ensure uninterrupted service you need to setup an automatic payment and provide a valid payment mandate.
You can do that during the onboarding or later on your Billing dashboard.
You can use SEPA direct debit (EU bank account) or a credit card. The "mandate" is set through our payment provider "Stripe".
Payments will show as "DiamondPigs B.V." on your bank statement.
With our flexible pricing model monthly fees are charged automatically in the beginning of the billing cycle.
If you don’t have a valid payment mandate in place or if your payment fails, your subscription may be put on pause until you sort it out. 
What does it mean to have your subscription paused?
If your subscription is paused, you will not be charged until you reactivate your subscription. You will lose access to active strategies and wallet management. Your account data (including strategies, exchanges, and excluded coins) will remain safely stored. You can return at any time by updating your payment mandate and reactivating your subscription in the Management Dashboard.
If invoices remain unpaid for an extended period, your account may be terminated, which permanently closes it.
