How can I cancel my Diamond Pigs account?

Terminating your account is a simple process, but it involves a few important steps to ensure everything is handled properly. Follow the guide below to complete the process.

Step 1 -  Go to Termination Screen

Go to the Settings page in your Diamond Pigs dashboard, and scroll down to the "Terminate Account" button: https://members.diamondpigs.com/settings



You will be guided through the next steps of deleting your account. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the termination of your Diamond Pigs account:

Step 2 - Consolidate Your Assets (Optional)

Before closing your account, you may want to consolidate the coins in your wallet into one of the following assets: BTC, USD, USDT, or EUR. 

Here’s how to consolidate your assets:

  1. Navigate to the Adjust Strategy screen.

  2. Select a HODL or Fiat strategy, such as USD or BTC.

  3. Confirm your selection.

  4. Wait for the conversion to complete (this typically takes 15–30 minutes, but in some cases might be up to 24hours).

  5. Once done, proceed with the termination process.

If you're satisfied with the current coins in your wallet, simply click the Next Step button.

Step 3 - Disconnect API and Disable Management

To ensure your account is properly disconnected, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your exchange website.

  2. Navigate to the API Settings section in the menu.

  3. Locate the Diamond Pigs API connection and delete it.

  4. Once API key is deleted proceed with the next step

Step 4 - Settle Any Open Invoices

Before closing your account, all unpaid invoices must be settled. According to our terms and conditions when closing your account you would need to pay the fee for the entire current month. At this step you will see all your open invoices, including the final one generated when completing the previous step (if applicable). 

  • Visit the Billing page in your account.

  • Pay any outstanding invoices.

  • Once payment is complete, proceed to the next step.

Step 5 - Confirm and Close Your Account

Finally, confirm your choices to finalize the termination process. 

Once confirmed:

  • Your account will be closed.

  • You will be automatically logged out.

By following these steps, your account will be securely terminated.
