How to pay my Diamond Pigs invoice?

To pay your Diamond Pigs invoice you need to either click on the payment link included in your invoice or navigate to the Pay Now button in your Diamond Pigs Billing Dashboard https://members.diamondpigs.com/billing. 



By clicking on the Pay Now button you will be redirected to the next page. We use Stripe for payments and the payment methods we accept are iDeal, credit card or bank.



On the next page you will be able to select your preferred payment method.

Our invoices are in USD but our payment provider will use EUR to charge your bank.
The USD amount will be translated to EUR using the most current USD-EUR exchange rate.
You will see the EUR amount that will be charge once you click on the payment link and get to the payment page. 

Payment options 

1. Credit card 


2. IDEAL (available only in the Netherlands)

If you choose to use iDeal you will be asked to either scan a bar code with your banking app to pay or use internet banking. 



Alert
Sometimes, when you're already logged in to your Stripe account, trying to pay your invoice with iDeal can cause an error. In this situation, please follow the instructions:
  1. Click on "Check Out" / "Log out" first
  2. Select "+ Add a new payment method"
  3. Choose iDeal
  4. Pay the invoice using iDeal

3. Bancontact 

If you prefer to use Bancontact you need to either enter your bank card or scan the bar code displayed on your screen to make the payment. 




4. Automatic payments

You can setup automatic payments (direct debit) by navigating to your billing dashboard and select "Setup Automatic Payments". Payments will be collected on the 14th of each month. 

5. Pay with Crypto (Bitcoin or Litecoin) 

Navigate to the billing dashboard https://members.diamondpigs.com/billing to find the crypto address for payment with Bitcoin or Litecoin.

Warning
Please note that we do not accept bank transfers. Always use only the above mentioned payment methods to pay your due invoices. Thus your payment would be automatically updated and reflected in your Diamond Pigs profile. This  might take about one hour.
