Why shouldn't I switch strategies and/or turn my Management button Off too often?
Users who are changing their strategies often will achieve worse results in the long run, than users who select one strategy.
Here are 2 main reasons why:
- Each time a strategy is changed, additional trading fees will incur to rebalance the wallet with the new strategy set up.
- In active strategies, the decision to take a position (long or exist) involves timing. When a strategy is selected, users' wallets will be rebalanced to reflect the new strategy coins' portfolio and most positions will be bought halfway through the trades. That will not allow the users to benefit from the full advantage of the SYNAPSE bots who define the entry and exit price levels based on different technical indicators to optimize each trades' results.
