The Diamond Pigs Store allows you to customize your plan to fit your needs. You start with a basic plan, and can enhance it by:
Adding additional exchanges
Enabling extra strategies
Purchasing Unlimited Exclude Coins functionality
We support multiple exchanges and strategies, and you can enable as many as you need.
 The option to allocate your assets across multiple strategies is available for users with a managed wallet amount above $2,000.

Access the Diamond Pigs Store by clicking on the shopping cart icon , select the add-on you want (extra exchange, new strategy, or Unlimited Exclude Coins).
The selected item will be added to your shopping cart.
The system will calculate the prorated amount due for the remainder of your current monthly billing period — this is the amount you’ll pay at checkout.
Starting from your next billing period, the full monthly fee for the add-on will be charged.
Once purchased, go to the Management Page to:
Connect your new exchange
Activate the new strategy
Update your excluded coins list
 You can view your current plan and add-on details on your Management Board and your Billing Page.

Go to your Management Page.
In the Subscription Summary, you can see:
All purchased add-ons
Whether they’re currently in use
Any remaining available add-ons
 You can only remove add-ons that are not is use.
You can only remove add-ons that are not is use. Before you can remove an add-on from your plan, you need to deactivate it first:
deselect the strategy you no longer need
remove the exchange you no longer need,
OR delete the coins you no longer need in your Exclude coins list
Click Remove Add-on next to the one you want to remove.
The system will calculate the unused portion for the rest of your billing period and credit it to your account as store credit.
Tick “I Acknowledge and Accept…” and then Save.
Your store credit will automatically be applied to your next invoice.
Diamond Pigs processes automatic monthly payments at the start of each billing period, using the payment method saved in your profile.
Available payment options:
Credit Card
SEPA Direct Debit (set up a mandate via our secure payment provider, Stripe)
Store Credit (used first, if available, before charging your payment method)
Payments will appear on your bank statement as "DiamondPigs B.V.".
You’ll receive an email notification as soon as a payment is processed.
For every payment:
An invoice will be emailed to you
A copy will also be available on your Billing Page
Your selected payment method (e.g. credit card, SEPA direct debit) is charged for your monthly subscription. If you have Store Credit, it will be used first before charging your payment method.
You can receive store credit either from removing already purchased add-ons, from our referral programme or you can buy store credit in advance with a discount, to be applied towards your future bills.
💡 Tip: Store Credit can also be purchased in advance — and you’ll get a bonus.
Add $100 Credit → Get 10% extra
Add $200 Credit → Get 15% extra
Add $400 Credit → Get 25% extra
You can buy Store Credit via direct payment methods like credit card or iDeal. Prepaying with Store Credit can help you save while keeping your subscription running smoothly.
