Is the Diamond Pigs flexible pricing model already live? 

The flexible pricing model is expected to go live in late 2025.  We are currently running a beta testing phase and  will start migrating all our users soon. 

How does the Basic Plan work?

Your Basic Plan fee depends on the total amount you allocate to Diamond Pigs.

Our monthly fee is 0.25% of your wallet size, with a minimum of $20. 

The basic plan includes:      Connection to 1 exchange
                                                   Allocation to 1 investment strategy;
                                                     The option to exclude up to 2 coins

Can I customize my plan?

If the Basic Plan doesn’t cover everything you need, you can manage additional features anytime via our Store

What does the free trial include? 

The trial gives you access to all Diamond Pigs functionalities for free for a period of 14 days.  

What happens after the free trial ends?

When your free trial ends, your subscription will start automatically as long as you have a valid automatic payment mandate saved in your profile. If you have not provided a payment method before the end of the trial your subscription will be put on hold.

  • We will notify you by email a few days before the end of your trail 

  • Any add-ons you choose to keep active will also be included in your first invoice.

  • Payments are processed automatically using your saved payment method, and you’ll receive an invoice by email

Can I add or remove add-ons at any time?

✅ Yes. You can add or remove add-ons whenever you like via the Management Page or Billing Page.

  • Adding: Fees are prorated for the rest of your current billing period, then charged in full from the next cycle.

  • Removing: You’ll receive a store credit for the unused portion, applied to your next invoice.

 How do I add add-ons?

  1. Go to the Management Page (shopping cart icon).

  2. Select the add-on you want (exchange, strategy, or Unlimited Excluded Coins).

  3. The item is added to your cart and a prorated fee is calculated for the remainder of the current billing period.

  4. From the next billing period, the full monthly fee applies.

  5. Once purchased the add-on, you can:

💡 View your current plan and add-ons anytime in the Management Board or Billing Page.

What happens when I remove an add-on?

To remove an add-on, it must no longer be in use.

For example:

  • If you want to remove an extra exchange, first remove the exchange in your Manage Exchange settings then you can remove the add-on from your Management Page.

  • If you want to remove an extra strategy, make sure it’s not active in your portfolio before removing it.

Once removed:

  • The system will calculate the unused portion of your fee and credit it back as Store Credit.

  • Store Credit is automatically applied to your next invoice.

What are the key benefits of your pricing?

How does billing and invoicing work?

  • Payments are processed automatically at the start of each billing period (after your trial ends).

  • You’ll receive an invoice by email at the start of every billing period.

  • A copy is also available in your Billing Dashboard.

  • You can update your plan anytime (add/remove add-ons) in the Store.

What payment methods are available?

  • Credit Card

  • SEPA Direct Debit (via Stripe mandate)

  • Store Credits – Applied first before your payment method is charged

Payments appear on your bank statement as “DiamondPigs B.V.”.

How do Store Credits work?

  • Store Credit is used first before charging your card or bank.
    You can receive store credits from:

    • Removing unused add-ons

    • The referral program

    • Buying credits in advance (with discounts)

💡 Bonus for Prepaid Credits:

  • Add $100 → Get 10% extra

  • Add $200 → Get 15% extra

  • Add $400 → Get 25% extra

Store Credit can be purchased with credit card or iDeal.
You can track your balance anytime on your Billing Page.

What happens if I deactivate Portfolio Management?

Deactivating Portfolio Management temporarily stops the bots from trading in your wallet. This feature is useful if you want to:

  • Adjust your settings (e.g., edit strategies or update your excluded coins list).

  • Withdraw funds without trades being executed at the same time.

When Portfolio Management is turned off:

  • No trades will be executed in your wallet.

  • Your monthly subscription fee will still apply until you cancel or pause your subscription.

👉 If you want to stop our bots from trading  and avoid paying subscription fees, use the Pause Subscription option. Please note that if you request your subscription to be paused it will happen after the end of your billing period. 

What happens if I disconnect the API connection?

When you disconnect an API connection, Diamond Pigs will no longer have access to real-time data from that exchange wallet. This means:

  • No new trades will be executed in the disconnected wallet.

  • You will receive an email confirmation about the updated API connection status.

If you only have one exchange connected

  • Disconnecting the API will result in your subscription being cancelled at the end of your current billing period.

If you have multiple exchanges connected

  • The disconnected exchange will be treated as having a wallet value of $0.

  • Your subscription fee will be recalculated based on the wallet value of the remaining connected exchanges, plus any active add-ons.

  • Your account will remain active.

👉 If you no longer want to keep the extra exchange add-on, you’ll need to remove it manually from the Management Page

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription from your Management Page.

  • Important: Fees already paid for the current billing period will not be refunded

  • If you want to temporarily stop trading but keep your settings, you can pause your account

Pausing can only be applied at the end of your current billing periodThis will stop monthly charges while preserving your strategies, exchanges, and excluded coins.
