Diamond Pigs Onboarding Guide: Steps to Get Started
Onboarding Steps
1. Register
Follow this link to create a new account: https://members.diamondpigs.com/register.
You can use your Google, Microsoft or Facebook account for quick login.
2. Explore our Crypto Market Sentiment Dashboard and Play Mode
These are free tools and you can have access to them even if you decide not to continue with your onboarding.
The Crypto Sentiment Dashboard shows you the real market intelligence that is behind our bots.
You can read more about it here.
The Play Mode shows the results of our strategies over different time periods. You can play with different investment amounts and strategies to see what the performance would have been. It uses real data, but it does not use real money.
When you are ready to continue click on the Complete my setup button!
3. Complete your personal info
You will be asked to fill in your personal info and agree to out terms and conditions.
4. Connect your exchange wallet
In the next step step you will connect Diamond Pigs with your exchange wallet via API connection.
Diamond Pigs trades directly in your exchange wallet - it never withdraws any funds.
Select your exchange and the onboarding wizard will guide you through the onboarding process in real time. To connect your wallet you need to create an API key on the exchange that you are using.
You will need to have two tabs/windows open - one with Diamond Pigs and the other with your exchange. Once you create the API key on the exchange you will need to copy and paste it in your Diamond Pigs account.
We recommend using desktop device to make it easier to switch between tabs in this step.
5. Exclude coins (optional)
With the Exclude coin feature you can specify certain coins in your wallet they don't want Diamond Pigs to trade. The 'Exclude Coins' feature gives you the flexibility to:
- Hodl your favorite coins,
- Trade selected coins on your own, and
- Allow us to manage only a portion of your wallet.
6. Select and activate your strategy
Your next step is to select the strategy that best aligns with your investment goals and to turn the management on.
Use our Strategy Matching Tool to help you identify the strategy that best fits your investment goals and style.
Once you select your strategy you can turn on the portfolio management, by simply swiping the button "On".
Warning: All coins in your wallet will be exchanged for the coins currently held in a long position in your selected strategy (or strategies). If you wish to keep certain coins outside of our strategies so that you can trade or HODL them yourself, you can return to the "Exclude Coins" step.
When you turn your management ON, Diamond Pigs will start rebalancing your wallet to align with the coin portfolio of your selected strategy. This process typically takes up to one hour, but it may take longer because the orders are limit orders, aiming to buy the coins at a specific price and minimize trading fees. Once this process is complete, the management status will be marked as ACTIVE on your dashboard, and you are all set!
Monitor Your Performance
The Diamond Pigs dashboard allows you to monitor your investments in real time and see exactly how Diamond Pigs strategies are managing your crypto assets.
Remain in Control and Manage Your Account
The Diamond Pigs management board gives you full control over your account - you can adjust strategies, exclude coins, add or remove exchanges whenever you wish. You can also disable portfolio management for a certain time, you can pause or cancel your subscription by yourself.
